As Product Marketing Manager, I drove its success, achieving Top 2 Best-Selling on Steam in Brazil (+100k copies sold) and securing a USD 50k Xbox sponsorship. I led a BRL 4.2M crowdfunding campaign, executed go-to-market strategies, and collaborated with influencers like Alanzoka to generate +59k Twitch viewers at launch.
