As the final project for my UX Design specialization at PUC-SP, I developed a redesign proposal for Microsoft Teams, focusing on accessibility and usability for teachers.

The project followed a complete UX process, including user research, heuristic analysis, persona development, journey mapping, and wireframing. The solution was validated through usability testing, resulting in a more intuitive and efficient interface.

This experience strengthened my expertise in UX Research, Design Thinking, and prototyping, showcasing my ability to translate insights into practical and impactful solutions.
